Prakhyata Abhinand Charitable Trust (PACT) is a disability and rehabilitation organisation, an NGO, that serves the needs of orphaned, abandoned and surrendered (OAS) children with special needs in Child Care Institutions (CCI) and various Adoption Agencies (AA).
